Pace Builders has been in the contracting business since 1978. We do construction from the ground up. We specialize in building high end small houses as well as remodeling.  Our services include foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, windows, floors, gas fireplaces, and high end finish work including plastering and color coat plaster finishes. We work with our clients to define specifications, then deliver high quality work according to an agreed upon schedule.
